Leonel Ulloa

Leonel was born on November 12, 1963 to Zunilda and Santiago Ulloa in the Dominican Republic. He spent his childhood joyfully exploring the streets of Puerto Rico. Soon after, he relocated to New York and continued his adventurous spirit in the borough of Queens, where he quickly became beloved by many. He had a passion for entertaining and deeply enjoyed engaging with his community. Anyone who knew him experienced his love in one way or another. While there were moments of laughter and, as those close to him would attest, occasional debates, the laughter always far outweighed any disagreement.

He was a fun-loving, outgoing man with a generous spirit who will always be remembered for his love of music, dance, dominoes and a good time. He always offered to lend a helping hand and a listening ear.
