Angelina Marino

Marino, Angelina (nee: Sangiorgio) on February 16, 2023. Born May 16, 1934 in Paterno di Lucania (PZ), Italy and long-time resident of Corona, NY. Beloved wife of the late Antonio Marino. Loving mother of Evelyn (and the late Gaetano) Buonomo, Joann (Giovanni) Mezzoiuso, Anthony (Susan), Joseph (Rosemary), Dianne (Ernest) Catalano and Michael (Jessica). Adoring Nonna of 15 and Great “Little” Nonna of 11, with another 2 on the way.

Angelina was the Matriarch of the Marino Family. She enjoyed cooking for everyone no matter what time of day or night. Her greatest joy was being together with her family and loved them with every piece of her heart and soul.
There are not enough words to describe this amazing woman; a true gem who put her family first, always. She was loved by everyone she touched.

Visitation Sunday & Monday, 3-8 pm at the Guida Funeral Home, 47-20 104th St., Corona, NY. Funeral Mass Tuesday, 10:45 at St. Leo Roman Catholic Church. Entombment to follow in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
